Your Fasting is Removing Things, and Getting Things Moving!

Good Morning My Loves,

As many of you know I called a minimum 3 day, maximum 21 day, fast on Sunday, May 15th. Within 24 hours, something I’ve been seeking strategy and answers from God for was answered. The fire of God swept through our Monday night prayer meeting last night, and a shift could be seen and felt.

I have come to realize that there are simply things that are held up in prayer until we fast. Many times we are praying, sowing-giving, and standing in faith for something, but it just doesn’t seem to be happening. In times like these, fasting is highly effective. Especially when you are discerning an undercurrent of demonic activity!

There is nothing more powerful than the combination of giving, prayer, and FASTING! The disciples came to Jesus one day and were asking Him why they couldn’t get rid of some demonic spirits, and here is his reply:

20 He answered, “Because of your little faith [your lack of trust and confidence in the power of God]; for I assure you and most solemnly say to you, if you have [living] faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and [if it is God’s will] it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. 21 [But this kind of demon does not go out except by prayer and fasting.]” (Matthew 17:20-22 AMP)

Here’s some things from the above passage that shows what prayer combined with fasting does:

1. It moves you out of the body and soul realm (mind, will, emotions), and into the spirit realm. It moves you from natural power to HOLY GHOST POWER. Trying to combat an evil spirit in your own physical strength, will, and emotions, will drain you, drag you down, and cause delay. You need the power of God, not simply human will power. Fasting brings your body under submission to the Holy Spirit. When your body is under submission, your soul and it’s fleshly desires are not able to drive your decisions. You will see and hear clearly, walk in divine revelation, and Holy Ghost power.

2. It renews and strengthens your faith and confidence in the power of God. Your mustard seed faith, becomes mountain moving faith. Fasting removes mountains—demons assigned to destroy your ministry-church, business, family, and physical body. When you find yourself sick and tired of that demon, you will remove it from every area of your life and region with fasting and prayer.

3. It causes stubborn obstacles to move, and breaks the spirit of delay. Things begin to move. Provision moves in, lack moves out. Often people through whom the demonic spirits were operating will move on, and those who need to come along side you will move in. Deliverance and God’s provision doesn’t always come in the form of a check, but in the form of a person. This is also true for governments within your metron. Shifts in leadership will begin to take place. There will be a changing of the gatekeepers and guards of that region as God’s people fast and pray. God literally removes the “hindrances” so that His purposes and plans can move forward without further delay.

As you fast and pray, get ready for more God ordained transitions in this season. God is sifting and shifting things around because His people are crying out for revival. Many of you have travailed over your ministries, families, and regions for years, and you are on on the verge of fulfillment. THAT'S WHY YOU"VE BEEN UNDER SUCH SEVERE ASSAULT. The principalities and rulers that have been in possession for years are being displaced, and you are taking your land and promise! Keep fasting and PUSH! Everything and everyone that is frustrating the purposes and plans of God in your metron is going to be moved out, and everyone and everything that is needed to fulfill the purposes and plans of God for your life is moving in.
