God Sees, Hears, and is Acting On Your Behalf!
Good Morning My Loves, Have you learned to rest and trust God when there are things going on that you have no control over? Every day we are bombarded with sensationalized stories from the media, and other sources of how awful things are. Some of the stories and situations are true, but a constant diet of information regarding situations that are beyond our control can leave us worried and freaking out if we don’t learn to reel our emotions in and take everything to the Lord in prayer. When we reach a state of maturity as a believer, we know that God sees, hears, and acts on behalf of those who trust in Him. In fact, one of the names of our mighty God is “El Roi,” meaning “The God Who Sees.” The word of God says,
The eyes of the Lord are IN EVERY PLACE,
Watching the evil and the good [in all their endeavors]. (Prov. 15:3 AMP) My beloved, your heart may be breaking but just know this, “God sees you, and if your heart if fully committed to Him, HE WILL STRENGTHEN YOU! He is watching over your life. He is watching over you and your loved ones.”
Here are some promises from scripture that you can stand on: For the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. (2 Chronicles 16:9)
He will not let your foot slip—he who watches over you will not slumber.... The LORD watches over you—the LORD is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life; the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore. (Psalm 121:3, 5-8) Some marks of Christian maturity are: -A deepening relationship with Christ in crisis.
-Stability and consistency regardless of what is going on. -When things occur that are outside of our control, we pray and trust God to intervene on our behalf. -We fix our eyes of Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith.
-Our confidence in Him isn’t shaken, because we’ve learned that He strengthens us in our times of weakness.
-We remain obedient, and continue to follow Him. Take hold of these truths today, and rest in El Roi. He sees you, He hears you, and He is working all things together for your good, because HE LOVES YOU! I love you all! PV
